A flexible and affordable option to experience the same incredible Parent REvolution Program. What is the difference between this and PREP Intimate? We use technology and a “flip the classroom” philosophy to bring you the same content in four 4 hour workshops and twelve virtual learning modules over the course of 12 weeks. You will have an opportunity to build the same tight bonds with your fellow PREP participants through the hands-on interactive workshops that happen each month and optional drop-in REvolve YOU Club sessions (extra fee applies). The virtual learning modules will enable you to learn the rest of the ideas on your own schedule, when you have the time to focus and do the work needed. PREP FLEX will help you discover who you are today, explore what you want to do tomorrow and craft a plan to get there.
Past participants describe PREP to be a cross between therapy, coaching and graduate school. The ideas and methodologies you will be introduced to are the very same that top business leaders across the country are learning about in order to become more effective leaders. Why teach you this? Because the goal of PREP isn’t to just help you relaunch, it’s to help you create a life in which you feel like you can apply your skills, talents and strengths at an appropriate level of responsibility that provides that sense of fulfillment that you have been seeking. In today’s world, your goal shouldn’t be to try to catch up on all you missed before you can do something you love. That would be like trying to learn all the technology needed to create a cellphone, just so you could use the cellphone to make your life better. The goal is to help you see the value in the experience you have and figure out how to leap to a place where you can add value now.
